Rates are based on 7 Days from Monday to Monday
Villa must be vacated on Day of departure by 11.00am.
Car hire can also be arranged at athe following rate:
November to March from £10 to £20 per day
April from £16 to £24 per day
May/June/Sept/Oct from £23 £30 per day
July & August from £28 to £35 per day
People carriers (8 passengers) from £40 to £60 per day
Transfers can be arranged to and from Dalaman airport (for up to 16 people) at the following rate:
Each transfer (eg from Dalaman to Kalkan) is: by taxi (£55); by people carrier (£70); by minibus (£200)

Booking Discounts
Below you will see our prices for booking the Villas throughout the year. If you wish to book both Villas for the same period we will reduce the overall cost of your booking by £200.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% of the total payable is required upon booking. In addition, we require a fully refundable £200 no damage deposit. This must be received within 7 days of booking to secure the villa for the dates requested. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, this must be done in writing by the person who originally made the booking and sent recorded delivery. For details of cancellation address please email us
In the event of cancellation or part cancellation the following charges become payable.
